Graham has extensive experience in renewable energy systems design, Graham has dedicated his career to creating efficient, sustainable solutions that pave the way for a greener future.

Graham’s journey in the renewable energy sector began with his work as a building services engineer. Over the years, he honed his expertise in photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and various low-carbon technologies. His passion for sustainability and clean energy drives every project he undertakes, from designing over 320MW of installed solar PV systems to implementing comprehensive energy strategies for large estates and commercial properties.

Graham’s approach is rooted in innovation and a deep understanding of renewable technologies. He has been instrumental in major projects, including the British Gas Solar for Schools program and the Wroughton Airfield solar farm, showcasing his ability to deliver high-performance, cost-effective solutions. His work with Oxford University and Buscot Park Estate exemplifies his commitment to integrating renewable energy into diverse environments.

Beyond his professional achievements, Graham is a passionate advocate for sustainable living. He resides in Kineton, Warwickshire, with his wife Rebecca, their two sons Zachary and Ryan, and their beloved rescue dog, a 2-year-old Alusky. When he’s not designing cutting-edge energy systems, Graham enjoys running, electric cars, motor racing and relaxing walks in the country.

Gemma started working for Graham in May 2023 in the renewable energy sector. Prior to this, she spent over 10 years in the Automotive Industry and has vast experience in process set up, office management, PA and Quality Management.

Since starting at REDUCE LIMITED, Gemma has been key in setting up all our project tracking sheets, employee processes, our office move, recruitment for our Planning Administrator, and ensuring that everything is running smoothly!

Beyond her professional achievements, Gemma lives in Warwickshire with her husband Paddy, their four daughters and their pets, a Husky x Labrador and two cats. When she’s not organising Graham, she spends a lot of her free time with her young horse Blossom, who is going off for training later this year and will be sponsored by REDUCE LIMITED for her future competition career!

Francesca joined REDUCE LIMITED in April 2024 in the renewable energy sector. Prior to this, she followed a career first in Town Planning but later retrained to become a Landscape Architect.

At REDUCE LIMITED Francesca’s role is to assist clients through the complex process of security planning permission for their projects. Her background in both town planning and landscape architecture is ideal: helping her to navigate a path for each client which is mindful not only on the clean energy goal but to achieve it within the context of environmental, landscape and habitat, sensitivities.

Outside work, her interest in plants continues with many visits to parks and arboretums. She also like to keep fit, so there are frequent visits the gym and regular walk with her dog.
